THE APPROACH

This is a self-guided learning course about anxiety and how to treat it holistically. Everything in this course is what I share in my therapy sessions and the strategies I take with my clients. This course can be used in conjunction with your own therapy or as a stand alone.

  • This course is for anyone that is experiencing anxiety and/or wants to learn more about anxiety and how to treat it. It will require some self-agency to be able to complete the course. If your anxiety is so high that you are having a hard time doing basic things, if you can’t focus or concentrate, and/or if you are having thoughts to harm yourself or others, then this is not the right course for you. I would highly recommend to seek out therapy to first stabilize yourself.

  • While all the material in here is information I cover in my therapy sessions, it is a completely different experience as this is self-guided and it is not tailored to you. Therapy has the unique experience of connecting with a therapist, having them really see, hear, and understand you while provided needed support. I understand that not everyone may be interested in attending therapy. This course is a great opportunity to better understand your own anxiety and take steps to help yourself.

  • The course has a combination of video that includes slides and voice-overs, guided audio exercises, and worksheets/checklists to complete on your own.

  • This will depend greatly on how fast you go through the content. In this course- faster is not better. It is helpful to allow the content of each module “sink in” before moving on to the next. I recommend to take 6 weeks, taking a week to go over each module. I do include a recommended schedule within the course with this model, however it is always up to you.

  • You will have access as long as I maintain my course business. If at some point I decide to close up my course business, I will inform all participants and a version of the course for download (fyi- I don’t anticipate this happening any time soon).
