Hi there!

My name is Melissa and I’m a mom of two and a Licensed Therapist.

Motherhood can be a very lonely experience. It’s also one of big changes you go through.

The person you were before becoming a mother is different than you are now. Navigating all these changes while trying to be the best mom to your children, have a connected and fulfilling relationship with your partner, and figure out who “you” are now, is a lot.

At Happy Moms Therapy we are here to support you through this all this- including processing any past trauma (including birth trauma), treatment for postpartum depression + anxiety, and navigating parenting struggles.

We also provide therapy for anxiety, depression, overwhelm and burnout.
